In addition to monthly meetings, members of the North Reading Garden Club participate in a wide range of projects and programs aimed at improving personal skills and talents, assisting others within our community, beautifying our public spaces, and improving our natural environment for the enjoyment of all North Reading residents, present and future.

Adopt an Island Program

The beautification of roadway "islands" by private citizens and corporate sponsors.

Garden Therapy

Working with the residents at North Reading's nursing homes to improve their quality of life.

Civic Beautification

Projects that aim to improve public spaces for the enjoyment of all North Reading residents.

Special Events

Garden tours, flower shows, horticulture exhibits, and other ways the club works to improve the skills of its members and to educate the community on gardening.
